General Details
The PR-9 Series high temperature pressure regulator is designed for the pressure control of gases and liquids up to 1000°F(537°C). All metal components in and out of the flow stream provides the user with extended reliability in rigorous high temperature ambient and process applications. This regulator can be used in applications where no elastomers are allowed in the flow stream. This regulator is equipped with a metal to metal seat and, therefore, will not provide bubble tight shutoff. If a bubble tight shutoff is desired, then the unit must be fitted with an appropriate shutoff valve that is placed upstream of the regulator.

- 316L (max 650°F [343°C]) or 347 (max 1000°F[537°C]) stainless steel construction
- Electropolished body with better than 25 Ra finish in diaphragm cavity
- Metal to metal seals
- Maximum leak rate across seat of 50cc per minute at 3000 psig inlet
- Outlet pressure ranges are 10, 25, 50, 100 and 250 psig
- Proof pressure is 2 times maximum working pressure
- Burst pressure is 4 times maximum working pressure
- Weight: 2.1 lbs (0.95 kg)
