General Details

The SPR Series Sub atmospheric Pressure Regulator is designed for the introduction of a low vapor pressure reactive or purge gas into a sub atmospheric process. The large diameter diaphragm provides optimum sensitivity for sub atmospheric or positive pressure control.

  • Stainless steel diaphragm with PTFE lining
  • Electropolished body (316L) with better than 25 Ra finish in diaphragm cavity
  • 20 micron inlet filter
  • Bubble tight shutoff
  • Outlet pressure range is 1-30 psia (27.88 in Hg – 15.3 psig)
  • Proof pressure is 2 times maximum working pressure
  • Burst pressure is 4 times maximum working pressure
